The Bungalow is situated in the market town of Pocklington, in East Yorkshire on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds.
The furnished Pocklington self-catering accommodation comprises of the following.
Lounge/Dining Room
The room is fully furnished with seating for six, and an additional beanbag. The oak dining table seats 6 and extends out when required to save space. BT Youview paid subscription TV available, and you can also log in with your own Netflix account if required.
A living flame gas fire provides additional heating.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery/utensils for 8 place settings.
The oak kitchen is hand painted for a quaint cottage feel.
King Bedroom
The king sized bedroom is tastefully decorated in neutral colours for a relaxing them.
All bedding provided is white hotel quality linen, with a good quality memory foam mattress and hand carved pine headboard.
Twin Bedroom
The larger of the bedrooms in the twin room, with sprung mattresses and a relaxing grey theme with turquoise highlights.
2 full length mirror doors create a light and spacious room.
Bunk Room
The bunk room is basic and comfortable. The sturdy bunk bed sleeps 2 adults and is complete with sprung mattesses and the same hotel quality linen as the other bedrooms.
This room also has a mirrored siding door wardrobe with hanging space and shelving.
Bathroom
A newly installed bathroom offers a modern 3 piece suite with an over bath shower.
Unlimted hot water is provided by the gas Combi boiler.
Conservatory
The conservatory is a really useful room. Generally used for bike storage, 6 bikes easily, and great for wet dogs!
You’ll also find the ironing board, cushions for the garden chairs and extra seating in here.
Patio
The patio area is one of my favourite places at The Bungalow. Facing south west it gets the sun for a good part of the day, especially in the evening with at times, gorgeous sunsets over Pocklington. It’s also a great place for an outdoor breakfast in the summer months.
We provide a BBQ stand for you to bring your own disposable BBQS.
Rattan furniture is located outside and seats 4, with additional seating stored in the conservatory.
Garden
Steps down the side of the house or from the patio lead down to a grassed area. The garden is fenced and secure.
